Reflection #2

So I have a praise for this reflection. I was able to figure out how to delete an image off of my SmartBoard presentation in one of the activities. First, I figured out how to get the image into the activity in some mysterious way making me happy. Then when I was trying to do something (can't quite remember what I was doing) but the image entered the other flash card that was meant to have the matching word for the image. I tried to right-click the image but that wouldn't work, I tried deleting and that just deleted the entire activity (thank God for the undo button!) I was able to retrieve all my hard work. I still did not know how I was going to remove this picture! I even asked my computer-savvy husband if he could figure it out, but with no luck.

Finally, when I came in to practice my presentation I asked Professor Sorenson if she knew how to remove that silly picture. Then after both of us looking over the activity a couple of times we FOUND IT! The DELETE IMAGE button! That is a tricky button to find may I say- it's just there in plain site just waiting to be found by those who persevere long enough to find it. I hope you have learned from my experience and will find this button much faster.

  1. Thanks SO much for sharing!! The SMART Board can be so sneaky sometimes, and I just can't figure it out! We can all help each other on this journey of discovering how the interactive boards work. I'm glad you got that figured out! And yes... Praise the Lord for the undo button! Haha.
